- Do you accept my health fund?
- We accept all major Australian private health funds with on-the-spot HICAPS claiming, including BUPA, Medibank, HCF, NIB and more.
- Are you taking new patients?
- Yes, always. Our no-gap (or $199) first-visit offer is the easiest way to start.
- Can I bring the kids?
- Absolutely. We're CDBS providers, eligible children can access up to $1,132 of essential dental services over a two-year period at no out-of-pocket cost.
- How long is a first appointment?
- Allow about 45 to 60 minutes. We don't rush, you'll leave with a clear plan.
- Where do I park?
- There's free street parking right outside on Dora Street, and a short walk from Hurstville Station.
- What about emergencies?
- Call us first thing, we keep emergency slots aside on most days, including Saturday mornings.
